Quad stretch
A standing stretch for the front of the thigh. Held per side.

How to do it
- Stand tall, holding a wall or support for balance if needed.
- Bend one knee and hold the foot or ankle behind you, keeping the knees close together.
- Gently tuck your pelvis and hold, then switch sides.
Common mistakes
- Arching the lower back and letting the knee swing out to the side.
- Pulling the heel so hard that the knee feels strained.
