How to do it
- Step into a long lunge and place the hand on the front-foot side on the floor inside the foot.
- Rotate and reach the other arm toward the ceiling, following it with your eyes.
- Return the hand, step back and switch sides. Count each side as one rep.
Common mistakes
- Letting the back knee and hips sag to the floor.
- Forcing the rotation with jerky movements.
