How we work
- Free – no card needed. Paid plans are not open yet, so you cannot be charged.
- FitScore is built around the GDPR. No ads and no third-party tracking scripts.
- We ask for your explicit consent before storing health data, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Export all the data stored about you as a JSON file from Settings.
- Share training, food or check-ins per category and switch sharing off whenever you like.
- Public food search uses Open Food Facts, a community-maintained product database, alongside Danish DTU food data. Information can be incomplete or inaccurate. Always check the package label and treat nutrition totals as estimates.
- No. FitScore helps organise training and food, not diagnose or treat health conditions. Adjust exercise to your ability and consult a qualified professional when you need individual guidance.
