Calf stretch

How to do it
- Stand facing a wall, place your hands on it and step one foot back with the heel flat on the floor.
- Bend the front knee and lean toward the wall until you feel a stretch in the back calf.
- Hold, breathing slowly, then switch sides; bend the back knee slightly to target the lower calf.
Common mistakes
- Letting the back heel lift off the floor.
- Turning the back foot out so the stretch is lost.
