Inchworm
A walk-out from standing to a plank and back that warms up the hamstrings, shoulders and core.

How to do it
- Stand tall, then hinge forward and place your hands on the floor, bending the knees as needed.
- Walk your hands forward until you reach a straight plank position.
- Take small steps with your feet toward your hands and stand back up.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sag in the plank position.
- Rushing the walk-out and letting the lower back arch.
