How to do it
- Start in a high plank with hands under the shoulders and body in one line.
- Drive one knee toward the chest, then switch legs in a steady rhythm.
- Keep the hips level and breathe; slow the pace if form slips.
Common mistakes
- Hips bouncing high into the air.
- Letting the lower back sag as you tire.
