Burpees
A whole-body conditioning move: squat down, kick back to a plank, then stand or jump up. Remove the push-up or jump to scale it.

How to do it
- From standing, squat and place your hands on the floor.
- Step or jump your feet back to a plank, lowering the chest if you wish.
- Bring the feet back under you and stand, adding a small jump if it feels good.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sag in the plank.
- Rushing the pace until the form falls apart.
