How to do it
- Start on hands and toes with knees bent and hovering just above the floor and a flat back.
- Move the opposite hand and foot forward together in small, controlled steps.
- Keep the hips low and level and breathe steadily for the full time.
Common mistakes
- Lifting the hips high or rocking from side to side.
- Taking big rushed steps and losing the flat back.
