Plank shoulder tap
A high plank where you tap alternate shoulders while keeping the hips still.

How to do it
- Start in a high plank with hands under your shoulders and feet slightly wider than hip-width.
- Lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder while keeping your hips square to the floor.
- Place the hand back down and alternate sides with slow, controlled taps.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips rock from side to side when a hand lifts.
- Sagging in the lower back or rushing the taps.
