Pike push-up
A push-up with hips high and head moving between the hands, a bodyweight way to train the shoulders.

How to do it
- Start with hands and feet on the floor and hips high in an inverted V.
- Bend the elbows to lower the top of your head toward the floor between your hands.
- Press back up to straight arms.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips drop so it becomes a normal push-up.
- Flaring the elbows wide.
