How to do it
- Pick a stairwell or stadium stairs with a dry, solid surface and warm up first.
- Run up using your legs and arms, landing on the balls of your feet on each step or every second step.
- Walk back down carefully and rest before the next climb.
Common mistakes
- Running back down too fast, which risks tripping or a knee injury.
- Leaning heavily forward and using the hands on the railings for support.
