How to do it
- Start flat at an easy walking speed.
- Raise the incline step by step until your breathing is faster but you can still talk.
- Walk tall and let the arms swing; lower the incline for the last minutes.
Common mistakes
- Holding the handrails and leaning back.
- Choosing an incline so steep that you have to hang on.
