Skater jumps
Side-to-side leaps from one leg to the other, like a speed skater.

How to do it
- Stand on one leg with a slight knee bend and your torso leaning forward.
- Leap sideways to the other leg, swinging your arms across your body for balance.
- Land softly on a bent knee, hold your balance for a moment and then leap back.
Common mistakes
- Landing with a stiff knee that collapses inward.
- Leaping too far too soon and losing balance on landing.
