How to do it
- Stand tall with feet together and arms at your sides.
- Jump the feet out while swinging the arms overhead.
- Jump back to the start and keep a steady rhythm.
Common mistakes
- Landing heavily on the heels.
- Letting the knees collapse inward on landing.
