A squat with a jump at the top for leg power and conditioning. Land softly.

How to do it
- Stand with feet about shoulder-width and squat down to a comfortable depth.
- Drive up explosively and jump straight up.
- Land softly on the balls of the feet, sink into the next squat and repeat.
Common mistakes
- Landing with straight, stiff knees.
- Letting the knees cave in on the landing.
