How to do it
- Stand tall holding a dumbbell in each hand with the balls of your feet on the floor or a low step.
- Rise up as high as you can onto your toes.
- Pause briefly, then lower your heels slowly until you feel a stretch.
Common mistakes
- Bouncing quickly through short reps.
- Letting the ankles roll outward.
