Single-leg calf raise
A calf raise on one leg, ideally from a step, for more load without weights.

Also known as: One-leg calf raise, Tåhævninger på ét ben, Etbens tåhævning
How to do it
- Stand on one foot on the edge of a step, holding a wall or rail for balance.
- Lower the heel slowly below the step for a stretch.
- Rise as high as you can onto the ball of the foot, pause, and lower. Switch legs.
Common mistakes
- Bouncing at the bottom.
- Rolling onto the outside of the foot.
