How to do it
- Attach a rope to a low or high cable, face away from the stack and hold it behind your head with elbows bent.
- Keep your upper arms close to your ears and straighten your elbows to press the rope forward and up.
- Bend your elbows slowly to return to a comfortable stretch.
Common mistakes
- Letting the elbows flare wide or drift forward.
- Arching the lower back to move the weight.
