Triceps kickback
A bent-over dumbbell extension that squeezes the triceps at full lockout.

How to do it
- Hinge forward with a flat back (one hand on a bench if you like), upper arm by your side.
- Keep the upper arm still and straighten the elbow to push the weight back.
- Pause with the arm straight, then lower slowly to 90 degrees.
Common mistakes
- Letting the upper arm swing so the shoulder does the work.
- Using a weight so heavy that you cannot reach a straight arm.
