Triceps pushdown
Push a cable attachment down by straightening the elbows to isolate the triceps.

How to do it
- Stand facing a high pulley with elbows tucked at your sides.
- Press the handle down until the arms are straight, keeping the upper arms still.
- Let the hands rise slowly to about chest height.
Common mistakes
- Leaning over the bar and pushing with body weight.
- Letting the elbows flare or drift forward.
