Band triceps pushdown
A pushdown with a band that trains the triceps at home or while travelling.

How to do it
- Anchor a band high, such as over a door or a pull-up bar, and hold the ends with elbows tucked by your sides.
- Straighten your elbows to push your hands down without moving your upper arms.
- Return slowly until your forearms are just past parallel.
Common mistakes
- Letting the elbows flare or drift forward.
- Leaning over the band to push it down.
