Banded glute bridge
A glute bridge with a band above the knees that adds glute-medius work.

How to do it
- Lie on your back with a loop band above your knees, feet flat and hip-width apart.
- Push through your heels, press your knees gently out against the band and lift your hips.
- Pause at the top with your glutes tight, then lower slowly.
Common mistakes
- Letting the knees fall inward against the band.
- Arching the lower back instead of squeezing the glutes.
