Single-leg glute bridge
A harder bridge on one leg that trains each glute separately without equipment.

Also known as: One-leg bridge, Etbens hoftebro, Hoftebro på ét ben
How to do it
- Lie on your back with one foot flat on the floor and the other leg held straight or knee bent in the air.
- Press through the heel to lift the hips, keeping the hips level.
- Squeeze the glute at the top, then lower slowly. Complete all reps, then switch legs.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips drop or twist to one side.
- Arching the lower back instead of squeezing the glute.
