Learn hip extension on the floor.

How to do it
- Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat near your hips.
- Brace your abdomen and press through the feet to raise your hips.
- Stop when shoulders, hips and knees form a line; squeeze glutes and lower slowly.
Common mistakes
- Arching the lower back to lift higher.
- Pushing mainly through toes or holding your breath.
