How to do it
- Lie flat with arms overhead and legs straight.
- Lift your arms and legs at the same time, reaching your hands toward your toes in a V shape.
- Lower back down slowly under control and repeat.
Common mistakes
- Using momentum and dropping back down fast.
- Bending the knees and arms excessively or straining the neck.
