From a hang, lift straight legs toward the bar by curling the pelvis; the harder step after knee raises.

How to do it
- Hang from a bar with straight arms and a gentle brace.
- Lift the legs, keeping them as straight as you can, curling the pelvis up at the top.
- Lower slowly without swinging.
Common mistakes
- Swinging the body to throw the legs up.
- Only lifting the legs to hip height without curling the pelvis.
