Also known as: T2B, Toes to bar, Toes to bar hanging, Tæer op til stangen
How to do it
- Hang from the bar with an active grip and shoulders pulled down, body in a slight hollow.
- Raise your straight legs, curling the pelvis up until your toes touch the bar.
- Lower the legs with control back to the hang before the next rep.
Common mistakes
- Swinging uncontrolled so the shoulders take the strain.
- Skipping progressions; build up with hanging knee raises and leg raises first.
