Reverse-grip triceps pushdown
A pushdown with an underhand grip that shifts focus to the medial head of the triceps.

How to do it
- Attach a straight bar to a high cable and hold it with an underhand shoulder-width grip, elbows by your sides.
- Straighten your elbows to push the bar down without moving your upper arms.
- Return slowly until your forearms are just past parallel.
Common mistakes
- Letting the elbows drift forward or flare out.
- Using a weight so heavy that the wrists bend back.
