Reverse curl
A curl with an overhand grip that targets the forearms and upper arm muscles.

How to do it
- Hold a barbell or EZ bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart and elbows by your sides.
- Curl the bar up while keeping your wrists straight and your upper arms still.
- Lower the bar slowly to straight arms without swinging.
Common mistakes
- Using a weight so heavy that the wrists bend back.
- Leaning back to help the bar up.
