EZ-bar curl
A biceps curl with a cambered bar that is kinder on the wrists.

How to do it
- Stand tall holding the EZ bar on its angled grips with your elbows by your sides.
- Curl the bar up by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms still.
- Lower the bar slowly until your arms are almost straight.
Common mistakes
- Swinging the torso to heave the bar up.
- Letting the elbows drift forward so the shoulders take over.
