Cable curl
A biceps curl on a low cable that keeps steady tension through the whole range.

How to do it
- Attach a straight or EZ handle to the low pulley and stand facing the stack with elbows by your sides.
- Curl the handle toward your shoulders without moving the upper arms.
- Lower slowly until the arms are almost straight.
Common mistakes
- Leaning back and swinging the weight up.
- Letting the weight stack drop instead of controlling the lowering.
