Landmine press
A diagonal single-arm press with a landmine that is friendly to the shoulder.

How to do it
- Place one end of the bar in a landmine anchor and hold the other end at your shoulder in a staggered stance.
- Brace your core and press the bar up and forward in a smooth arc until your arm is extended.
- Lower the bar slowly back to the shoulder without leaning back.
Common mistakes
- Leaning back and arching the lower back to finish the press.
- Letting the elbow flare out to the side instead of staying in the arc of the bar.
