Arnold press
A seated dumbbell press that rotates from palms-in to palms-forward on the way up.

How to do it
- Sit tall with dumbbells in front of your shoulders, palms facing you.
- Press up while turning the palms forward, finishing with the arms almost straight overhead.
- Reverse the rotation as you lower slowly to the start.
Common mistakes
- Arching the lower back to finish the press.
- Rushing the rotation so the weights swing.
