Incline dumbbell press
A press on a bench set to a low incline that puts more work on the upper chest and front shoulders.

How to do it
- Set the bench to a modest incline and lie back with the dumbbells at chest level.
- Press up until the arms are straight over your shoulders.
- Lower under control to a comfortable stretch.
Common mistakes
- Setting the bench so steep it becomes a shoulder press.
- Arching the back off the bench.
