Kettlebell windmill
A slow side-bending hinge with a kettlebell held overhead for core strength and hip mobility.

How to do it
- Press a light kettlebell overhead and turn your feet slightly away from that arm.
- Push your hips out toward the weight and slide your free hand down your leg.
- Keep your eyes on the bell, then squeeze your glutes to return to standing.
Common mistakes
- Starting with a heavy bell; learn the movement with a very light weight or none.
- Letting the overhead arm bend or the wrist collapse.
