How to do it
- Hold the kettlebell in the rack position with your elbow close to your ribs and your core braced.
- Press it straight up, keeping your wrist straight, until your arm is by your ear.
- Lower it back to the rack position under control.
Common mistakes
- Leaning back and arching the lower back to push the bell up.
- Letting the wrist bend so the bell tips backward.
