Kettlebell halo
A circular movement of the kettlebell around your head that mobilises shoulders and trains core stability.

How to do it
- Stand tall and hold a kettlebell upside down by the horns at chest height.
- Circle it slowly around your head, keeping it close to your neck.
- Switch direction after a few reps and keep your ribs down and glutes tight.
Common mistakes
- Arching the lower back as the weight passes behind your head.
- Using a bell that is too heavy and moving too fast.
