Flutter kicks
Small alternating leg kicks off the floor that challenge the lower abs.

How to do it
- Lie on your back with hands under your hips or by your sides and legs straight, lower back pressed down.
- Lift both legs a little off the floor and kick them up and down in small alternating movements.
- Keep your core tight and breathe steadily for the whole time.
Common mistakes
- Letting the lower back arch off the floor.
- Kicking too high or too fast so the abs stop doing the work.
