How to do it
- Lie on your back with your lower back pressed lightly into the floor and hands behind your head.
- Bring one knee in while rotating the opposite shoulder toward it, extending the other leg.
- Switch sides in a smooth pedalling motion without pulling on your neck.
Common mistakes
- Yanking the neck with the hands instead of rotating through the trunk.
- Moving too fast so the rotation is lost.
