Russian twist
A seated rotation for the trunk; keep it slow and controlled. Count each side as one rep.

How to do it
- Sit with knees bent and heels on the floor, lean back slightly with a long spine.
- Rotate the shoulders and hands to one side, then to the other.
- Move slowly and keep breathing; lift the feet only when it feels easy.
Common mistakes
- Rounding the back and swinging the arms only.
- Rushing the reps and jerking the lower back.
