Reverse crunch

How to do it
- Lie on your back with hips and knees bent at ninety degrees and arms resting at your sides.
- Curl your pelvis up off the floor by bringing the knees toward your chest.
- Lower the hips slowly back down without swinging the legs.
Common mistakes
- Using momentum by swinging the legs up.
- Pulling with the arms or letting the lower back arch as you lower.
