Dumbbell squeeze press
A dumbbell press where you squeeze the weights together the whole time to keep the chest working.

How to do it
- Lie on a bench holding two dumbbells pressed together over your chest.
- Keep squeezing them against each other as you lower them to your chest.
- Press straight up while still squeezing, until your arms are almost straight.
Common mistakes
- Letting the dumbbells drift apart during the set.
- Flaring your elbows wide, which takes tension off the chest.
