Band straight-arm pulldown
A lat isolation move with a band that teaches you to pull with the back, not the arms.

How to do it
- Anchor a band high, hold the ends with straight arms in front of you and hinge forward slightly.
- Pull your hands down toward your thighs with your arms nearly straight, squeezing your lats.
- Return slowly until your arms are overhead again.
Common mistakes
- Bending the elbows and turning it into a pushdown.
- Using the lower back and swinging the torso.
