Straight-arm pulldown
A cable move with nearly straight arms that isolates the lats.

Also known as: Cable pullover, Kabelpullover, Nedtræk med strakte arme
How to do it
- Stand facing a high cable with a bar or rope, hinge slightly at the hips and hold it at about eye level with straight arms.
- Sweep the handle down to your thighs, keeping the elbows almost straight.
- Return slowly until you feel a stretch in the lats.
Common mistakes
- Bending the elbows so it becomes a triceps pushdown.
- Rounding the back or using body swing.
