Dumbbell pullover
Lower one dumbbell in an arc behind your head to stretch and train the lats and chest.

How to do it
- Lie across or along a bench holding one dumbbell with both hands above your chest.
- With soft elbows, lower the weight in an arc behind your head until you feel a stretch.
- Pull it back over your chest, keeping the ribs down.
Common mistakes
- Going so deep that the lower back arches or the shoulders hurt.
- Bending the elbows so much that it becomes a triceps extension.
