Band biceps curl
A curl that uses a band for rising tension toward the top.

How to do it
- Stand on the middle of a band and hold the ends with palms facing forward, elbows by your sides.
- Curl your hands up to your shoulders without moving your upper arms.
- Lower slowly until your arms are straight.
Common mistakes
- Swinging the body to help the curl.
- Letting the elbows drift forward.
