Archer push-up
A wide push-up where you shift onto one arm while the other stays long.

How to do it
- Start in a wide push-up position with a long line from head to heels.
- Lower toward one hand while the opposite arm stays straight and the hand rests on the floor.
- Press back to the middle and repeat to the other side.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips twist or sag as you shift sideways.
- Going wider than your shoulders can handle comfortably.
