Decline push-up
A push-up with the feet raised, shifting more load to the upper chest and shoulders.

How to do it
- Place your feet on a bench or sturdy step with hands on the floor slightly wider than your shoulders.
- Keep the body in one line and lower your chest toward the floor.
- Press back up to straight arms.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sag or pike up.
- Flaring the elbows straight out to the sides.
