A fly that sweeps upward and targets the upper chest.

How to do it
- Set the pulleys low, grab a handle in each hand and step forward with a slight lean and a soft elbow bend.
- Sweep your hands up and together in an arc to about chin height.
- Open slowly back to a comfortable chest stretch.
Common mistakes
- Turning the move into a press by bending the elbows too much.
- Using too much weight and shrugging the shoulders up.
