High-to-low cable fly
A fly that sweeps downward and targets the lower chest.

How to do it
- Set the pulleys high, grab a handle in each hand and step forward with a slight lean and a soft elbow bend.
- Sweep your hands down and together in an arc to about hip height.
- Open slowly back until you feel a comfortable stretch across the chest.
Common mistakes
- Bending and straightening the elbows during the rep.
- Letting the shoulders roll forward as the hands come together.
